Where to Eat Royal Oak: Date Night

My husband I live in walking distance to downtown Royal Oak and one of our favorite things about living so close is the wide variety of places to grab food and drinks. Whether it’s a coffee and croissant, a quick bite or a date night dinner out, I think we can successfully say we’ve tried close to every place downtown Royal Oak  has to offer.  Below is currently our favorite spots to go for a Royal Oak date night.

They use to have wood oven pizza on the menu that hasn’t been on the menu since 2021 which is disappointing because it was fire. Hopefully one day they bring it back, if you ever happen to see it on the menu I would highly recommend.

I know pizza seems weird to order at a Mexican restaurant but TRUST me on this one, get it as an appetizer for the table and you won’t be disappointed. Also any tacos you can make double shell stuffed with Mexican cheese and it’s an awesome  add on (for $1 more) for the meat based tacos.
