Gift Guide: The Active Woman

Having a handful of staple workout items is a key ingredient to staying active. Here is a list of my tried and true favorites along with a few things on my 2020 wish list.

Apple Watch 3 Series 42mm

I’m obsessed with my Apple watch great way to keep me motivated throughout the week. This was gifted to me with the larger face I love it, I also have very large hands for a woman so I would say gage size of frame based on your body style.

I use this mat at my 30min HITT workout classes and it’s so nice! You’re feet stay exactly where they should and don’t slip and slide between move also while you’re jumping around the mat doesn’t fly up with you or start to roll up it stays exactly where you placed it.

I literally have these shorts in 4 different color I’m obsessed. They are the perfect length for us tall girls to not have our booty show but also short enough to still be flirty. If on the shorter side I would recommend going with the 2  inch seam.

Lately no tie tennis shoes have been at the top of my list. I think it looks so sleek and less bulky making it easier to pair on those casual outfit days.  These shoes are at the top of my list and a Christmas 2020 must have. Tons of color combination options available.

Slightly different version than the pair I own but where them at least once a week. Perfect for lounging around the house, running errands, etc.

I read somewhere online that these were dubbed a Lululemon dupe and for under $30 I had to give them a try. They are AMAZING, they feel like butter! Sizes sell out and come back in stock quickly so recommend checking back often as they are my new legging must have

Another tank giving Lululemon a run for their money is this $24 crop tank from Amazon. Normally I’m not a crop tank type  but I tried and am in love. This pairs so perfectly with the high waisted Amazon leggings listed above!

In love with this Alo yoga sweatshirt, sure to be at the top of my list this year. My favorite thing about this sweatshirt is it’s slightly oversized without being boxy. ( & who doesn’t love a good thumb hole)

Something about a water bottle that holds enough water you don’t have to refill every hour is key added bonus I’ve been loving water bottles with built in straws lately, but they also have them without depending on your preference.

I love that Arie sports bras always holding the girls into place nicely. This one has a fun back which would pair great with a backless athletic top.
